Whoever said there was “too much pink”? Not me! One of my favorite parts about being a Chicago Senior Photographer is my gorgeous senior rep team. If you’re wondering what a senior rep team even is, read this blog here. My senior rep team is a group of seniors representing Wren and Rose Photography. Over the course of their senior year a series of photoshoots are created in order to A.) show off how stunning these seniors are and B.) help create and build a community of empowering and strong women. In this case, this Barbie-themed Downtown Chicago Senior Rep Photoshoot was just the thing to take Downtown Chicago by storm.

Wren and Rose Photography’s Barbie Theme Senior Photoshoot

For this senior photoshoot, we wanted to go all out with pink. I mean, the more pink the better! The focus of this senior photoshoot was to focus on the boldness of the pink. In doing this, we were wanting to make sure that our backdrop didn’t distract from the center of what this Barbie-themed senior photoshoot was. With disco balls, pink spray-painted crates and 8 gorgeous seniors, we dominated. The new release of the movie Barbie centers around boldness and empowerment. That’s exactly what this shoot was meant to be about, while still holding all the fun girly vibes too. We even were able to incorporate a little bit of flash photography to get a more glamorous look and I fell in love!
