A WREN IS A BIRD THAT IS SMALL, YET MIGHTY, IT IS KNOWN FOR ITS FIERCE PERSONALITY AND DOGGED DETERMINATION. A ROSE IS A BEAUTIFUL FLOWER THAT IS DEEMED BY MANY AS A SYMBOL OF PASSION AND LOVE.
When you combine the two together you get the foundation that Wren & Rose Photography was built on: finding the beauty of owning who you are and falling in love with your true authentic self. If you are like me, you may have struggled with finding the beauty within yourself. With the constant societal pressures of what you should look like, how you should act, and what path in life you should take, it can be hard to be brave enough to own who you truly are. In my business, I strive to help people embrace their true & authentic self, own their imperfections, and let their confidence bloom.
The story behind the name
I am an empath, a dreamer, old soul, and a self proclaimed introverted extrovert. I am the type of person you meet and immediately go, “wow, I feel like I have known her forever!” I am a laid back kind-hearted soul that feels the most fulfilled when I am helping to make the world a better place. To me, happiness is helping people feel beautiful, confident, accepted, and understood. I adore simple, heartfelt moments, and I am the happiest when I am creating. I am a lover of sunsets, good friends, board games, exploring new places, all things vintage, and cozying up with a 2000’s rom com.

My Inspiration
When it comes to my work and my style, I find my inspiration from a little bit of everything. From vintage magazines, A-24 Films, old photographs (especially those of my mom and grandma), human connection, antique stores, those perfectly imperfect moments, song lyrics, and poetry. Also, if you haven't already noticed I loveeee all things from the 1960's and the 1970's.
All in all, Photography, for me, is a creative space that gives me purpose and has gotten me through really tough times in my life. From a small passion project, Wren & Rose has now evolved into the business of my dreams. I am constantly inspired by all of the amazing humans I meet, their openness to vulnerability, their stories, and their individuality ultimately inspires me the most. I am so grateful for all of you.
